Terms Of Use

Welcome to the Jemena (JGN) Remediation Projects online consultation portal. Please read this document carefully prior to accessing or registering on this portal. Anyone with an internet connection can view the information, however to participate in forums, lodge feedback or complaints, and be included in future communications, you must register.

This consultation portal is hosted by the Engagement Hub software (“software”), owned by My Business App Pty. Ltd., who reserves the right to update and change the 'Terms of Use’ from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current software including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to these ‘Terms of Use’. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Your acceptance of these Terms of Use (“TOU”)

By using any aspect of this portal you:

• Acknowledge, understand and agree to these TOU
• Acknowledge, understand and agree to the other policies and statements displayed on this portal
• Acknowledge that the information displayed on this portal is for information only, and should not be relied upon
• This portal is for transmission of information, JGN does not make any representations or warranties and will not be liable for anything arising from, or in connection with the Contract.
• JGN reserves the right to terminate or shut down this Portal at any time

Registering to Participate

Registering enables you to actively participate on our project pages

• When you register on this site, you will be require to input personal information. In registering you are required to provide accurate and non-misleading information.
• If you are under the age of 18 years old, your parent and/or guardian must approve your registration and be held responsible for your activities on this portal.
• You are responsible for maintaining your account security and keeping your password confidential.
• Once your account has been approved by the administrator, you will be notified by email to the email address you entered at the time of registration.
• As a registered user who will be able to access your personal dashboard via the top right hand corner. This dashboard enables you to amend your personal information and view your activity on this portal.
• You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. Any content you publish is publicly shared and does not remain confidential.
• You accept that content who post may be held for moderation and if deemed in breach of these TOUs will not be publicly published
• If you breach these TOUs, your registration to participate will be permanently revoked.
• In regards to how your personal information is used and stored, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

In accessing and/or participating on this site, you will refrain from:

• Misrepresenting who you are, in any which way or form, or impersonating another person
• Intimidating, bullying, stalking or victimising the administrators and other registered users
• Posting content which is irrelevant to the project/s
• Posing content which you do not own and/or is copyrighted or patented
• Promoting or selling any goods and/or services
• Transmitting content which is a solicitation whether it be spamming or advertising
• Posting of pornographic or illegal content
